Production Achievements / Challenges:

  • This was my first fully-remote role. Although I was initially nervous about how I would handle the responsibilities of a Producer while needing to lead a fully-remote team. I was blessed by the fact that there was lots of training provided to me by the company, and that I was given sufficient space to grow and mature into my role.
  • My supervisor, the Product Manager of the project, went on a 3 months holiday right after my 3 months joining mark.
