Production Achievements / Challenges:
- I joined the Final Fantasy Brave Exvius team fresh out of graduating Digipen, and it was my first exposure to a Live-Operations title. On top of that, this was my first mobile title as well.
- From this project, I learnt a lot about the operations of releasing a game, from continuous updates to development Quality of Life features, to ensuring that Game Support and Community Management team members are well supported with tools from the game in order to best assist the players.
- Eventually, I was given more responsibilities, and I was fortunate enough to learn more about Stakeholder Management, and Change Management.
- I also learnt about the different various environments (Staging / Production / Dev) which a tech company uses in order to be able to simultaneously develop new features while supporting on-going operations.
